👶 Baby Snap Overalls — PDF Sewing Pattern
6 sizes, 0–3 months to 3 years · Snap crotch for diaper changes · Snap side openings · Two-position snap straps · A4, US Letter and A0 · Layered files
Baby overalls look adorable for exactly as long as it takes to need a diaper change. Then you are undressing a wriggling baby on a changing mat. Not with these.
The whole inner leg opens on a row of snaps, from one ankle to the other, so a change takes seconds and the overalls stay on. Both sides open on two snaps under the arms, so the overalls go on over the head of a baby who will not hold still. The straps fasten with snaps too, in two positions, so you can lengthen them as baby grows and get a few more months out of every pair. There are no buttons anywhere on this pattern, which means nothing small to come loose and end up in a mouth.
It is a quick, satisfying sew and one of the nicest handmade gifts a new baby can get. The files are layered: switch on your size, print that one only.
