If your fabric is narrower than 150 cm — many linens are sold at 140 cm — allow extra, especially in the larger sizes. The drape is cut as one wide asymmetric piece, so the layout needs the width.

Recommended fabrics: linen, linen blends, cotton lawn, cotton voile, cotton gauze, double gauze, rayon challis, viscose, lyocell, lightweight crepe, bamboo woven, and other lightweight wovens with good drape. Anything with body will fight the fold — softness is what makes this top work.
