Every step is illustrated, but this is a better third or fourth garment than a first one. Take your time on the gathering — it's what makes this blouse look expensive.

🧺 FABRIC & MATERIALS (not included)
· Main fabric — something with real drape: viscose, crepe, chiffon, or a lightweight cotton. Fabric with body will fight the gathers.
· Lining — cotton voile or viscose voile.
· Main fabric, 55" / 140 cm wide: 1⅝ to 1¾ yd (1.45 to 1.60 m) depending on your size
· Lining, 55" / 140 cm wide: ¾ to ⅞ yd (0.70 to 0.75 m) depending on your size
· One small self-covered button for the back neck
· Matching thread

Please note: the BODY is lined, the SLEEVES are not. If you choose a sheer fabric such as chiffon, your sleeves will be see-through — which is exactly the look in the sample photos, but worth knowing before you cut. Want opaque sleeves? Add roughly [ ] of extra lining and line them too.
